Defame: Injure or destroy the reputation of another by slander or
libel.
Libel: A spoken or written statement or a representation that gives an
unjustly unfavorable impression of a person or thing. The action of
publishing a libel.
Slander: A false report maliciously uttered tending to injure the
reputation of a person.
I do not know why Dean is on such an aggressive, hostile and
irrational bend. It doesn't make sense any way you look at it.
However distorted his current state of mind my be, he has stepped WAY
OVER THE LINE with his posts.
As much as I want to be compassionate toward another person in mental
distress, I cannot tolerate the wasted time and energy required to
continually refute wild claims of affiliation, connection, money
funneling, greed, conspiracy, etc. with the Church of Scientology or
any other religion.
Once again and for the last time:
Front Sight has no connection or affiliation with ANY religious
organization and never will.
The Ambassador Program has no connection or affiliation with ANY
religious organization and never will.
Per my previous post it is clear that I am lifelong member of the
Catholic Church.
My wife's maiden name is Mueller. Absolutely NO relationship in any
way to any Muellers in Scientology or those referred to in Dean's
post. My wife's mother is, as a matter of fact, the Minister of Music
at a Catholic Church and has been in the position for the last 25
years. My wife has held Chior Director postions in the same church and
currently provide music services for the Catholic Mass at the Veterans
Hospital.
I am "Clear" but that happened in 1998, so I guess that makes me a
"Clear Catholic!"
Should Front Sight place another facility in Florida it will be
because the destination resort of Disneyworld is in ORLANDO Florida--
just as Front Sight Nevada is close to the destination resorts of Las
Vegas. We also have plans for several other locations around the
country, all tied to destination resorts, not religious meccas.
No one from the Front Sight organization has ever threatened anyone
for anything.
Lastly, Dean's defamation of my character and the character of the
Front Sight organization through the slander and libel he has posted
on this forum has resulted in Front Sight Counsel drawing up the legal
briefs and filing an immediate lawsuit against Dean Gamburd. Anyone
else that joins Dean in attempting to diminish Front Sight's efforts
to serve our students and the Second Amendment will find themselves
facing the same or similar lawsuits.
Front Sight will not tolerate such garbage. We have nothing to hide.
We have done nothing wrong. We simply are the most successful, most
progressive, most innovative, most dedicated group of professionals
that provide the greatest value for our students, members and the gun
community as a whole. We are also the best bet to positively change
the image of gun ownership around in our lifetimes. Our purpose is
purely centered on serving others.
Our success drives people like Dean crazy.
Our legal counsel will now handle Dean.
